In the second part of the review about Genesis , we learned that investing in real estate can be easy and at ease. We learned that there are two kinds of tokens, for each of which certain functions are defined.
Nevertheless, GENESIS is not only a fund for the purchase of real estate and management of the means of the tokenholders. Developers have come up with many more services that will make the project truly in demand and recognizable. In addition to the usual operations with real estate, which we mentioned earlier, three more projects will be launched:

- Rent-Gen
- Trust-Gen
They will make the platform truly popular and progressive.
Create - noble
Of course, many will argue that it is much easier to buy a ready-made property, rent it out or sell it, earning it. Such tactics will seem attractive to the beginner, but not for the team of professionals, which is GENESIS. Having accumulated enough money, they will begin projects on the construction of new real estate projects in less than six months. This is the branch of the project, called Develop-Gen - the creation of its own real estate, which will bring much more profit than buying a finished one.
The asset must work
And for this purpose Rent-Gen will be created - a platform for leasing premises in the property of GENESIS. As a matter of fact, it will be a usual platform with the prices and the exposed premises if to speak from the point of view of the user. But if you look at the other side, this is a direct interaction between property owners and tenants, without additional commissions and intermediaries. How does it work? You simply leave your GES tokens as collateral for the loan and use the money on established terms. In case of debt repayment, you get your tokens back at the disposal. If not, then alas, we will have to part with them. Nevertheless, the entire period of using the money, the platform does not burden the owner of the token with interest on the loan, which makes the service even more profitable for the participant. But for this, one more condition must be fulfilled.
In the case of a loan, you will not be prevented by the NES tokens. They will allow you to get even more liberal loan terms than with standard maintenance. As if you would have paid part of the interest on the loan, but immediately when it was issued.
It is also interesting that all of the above projects were not envisaged in the original development plan. Their implementation was proposed by various team members as the platform was developed. By the way, you can become the same team members if you offer an idea that the project management will like.
